Brrrrr

It's freezing outside but the steam heat in the apartment has been roasting us. Sweat was dripping down my forehead (known to commonly occur with me since I'm a sweaty monster apparently, sorry if that's TMI) while trying to hustle my tush to small groups at school.

Anyways, I decided to list a few of my favorite most nutritious foods:
1) Chia Seeds. Omegas and fiber, enough said. Also fixed up my knees so I can run up to 3 miles (well, that was several months ago before my insane mutated virus hit me).

2) Navel Oranges from California, California.... (enter California cow singing on the CA cow milk commercial). One a day keeps the germs at bay.

3)Apples. Especially when Honey crisps are in season. If you haven't tried one yet, you are missing out on life.

4) Almond Butter. Protein and some good fat. Also another potential culprit for fixin' up my rickety knees.

That is all for now... must finish learning more about HIV. Stay warm <3

"A lifetime with the miserable thing!"

Today, December 15, 2009, I received my pager. Forever, I will have a pager. The startling beeps or vibrations will stir me. Why are they going to page me? Do I even know anything? I guess we will find out, hopefully before javascript:void(0)2012.

In the meantime, I celebrated with a Lindt truffle and some raspberry & brie filled filo pastries. My belly is big. Must learn more about microbes.

P.S. - the title of this first entry is courtesy of my favorite pathology attending in response to my exciting news.
P.P.S. - I just realized how poor my English has become. Hello typos!
